Product: HP 5525
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My HP 5525 prints and copies not correctley. I am missing 1,5 cm of the original document on my print or on my copy.

 

How can this be solved ?

 

Aligning the printer brings no solution

Did you clean the rollers as suggested by one of the other members?

Have you tried a fresh ream of paper?

Hello Dean,

 

I cleaned the roillers and used another brand of papaer, but the problem is not fixed.

 Any other suggestion?

You most likely have a hardware problem.
