HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

My HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw used to print double sides but now does not. It prints one sided and then I have to hit ok on the printer and the second side will print out. It used to print out double sided. Any advice?

If you are printing from Windows then likely the driver has lost the config for duplex. Do the following on your computer: Go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer. Select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on the "device settings" tab and scroll down the options to find "Duplex unit" and make sure it shows as installed.

If you do not see these options it is likely that Windows has replaced your HP driver with a Microsoft native drive which never offer all the features and options that the HP driver does. In that case, uninstall and reinstall the printer.
