Why is my newly brought printer won't print color red but instead, it prints color yellow
I used the ink from the package. I also tried the cleaning things from the software I download in HP driver support
My Ink number is 680

Is the copy working fine?
If the copy is working fine this could be a printer driver issue.

If you have tried all the steps in the above document, This could be a hardware issue.
I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction.
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp
Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest
Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect
Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

Thank you for your response in my Inquiry. I already found the problem and that is the Ink Cartidge that was included in the package. I was wondering why did that Ink Cartridge has to be the problem when it was a Genuine considering it came from the Package itself.
Luckily the online seller was very kind to answer and assisted me. He sent me another Ink Catridge (Tri Color) for free just to test out. So thats how we found out that the Ink Cartridge from the Package is defective.
Will I be able to get a replacement Ink Catridge from HP Company for this kind of incident?
