My HP Deskjet 3637 will print a test page but I go to print a page from e-mail and page is blank

Hello I have a HP Deskjet 3637, It has stopped printing.  It does however print test page but will not print anything else.  I try to print something from an e-mail and the page is blank.  Any ideas?

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better, please provide the below information

 

  1. How is the printer connect to the device USB or wireless? 
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  4.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  5. Does the copy print out the same way? 
  6. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
