I have called and spoken to an agent numerous times and I get the same runaround. The printer went from not connecting to the network to currently having a blinking power button that will not do anything but blink. The list of solutions attempted via support on the phone ends with no resolution and my case number is closed immediately when the problem has not been resolved. I have an extended warranty and have asked for a replacement only to be told to "try this, try this again etc, etc. and end up getting frustrated as the agent is clearly following a scripted response with little concern for my need for a working printer and more effort in getting me to repeat the same process over and over. I ask if there is a record of my previous calls and the agent(s) confirm they do but we must go through the same process over and over. Seems my extended warranty is useless and HP is committed to dodging the issue until I just give up and toss the printer into the trash. HELP Just to be clear_ the printer worked fine for about 6 months regardless of Mac operating system.
