Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!

Same problem. Have struggled with the software, assuming it was a software issue. Finally got the printer installed and nothing would print. Looked in status on WIN10 and it only said "Error-Printing". Now I have this Error code on the printer itself. Is this a hardware issue?

I'm no electrical engineer, but I would be very interested in knowing how unplugging the power cord from the wall after already disconnecting the power cord from the printer, can provide any benefit whatsoever in fixing an issue such as this one!!
Is it even necessary to touch the power cord at all, when you can do a hard power reset simply by just turning the power off at the wall outlet switch! In fact, it's probably safer for the printer to do it this way, as unplugging or plugging back in live power cords can cause arcing, and potentially damage the internal electronics.
And it's highly unlikely, or in fact near impossible that connecting the printer to another wall outlet would fix any problems.
Sure you can have very minor voltage differences between outlets, but nothing large enough to prevent the printer from working within its rated voltage range, and certainly not a reason why the printer would give an error code 0XB300D006!!
Doing a hard power reset will likely clear this error code, but it's not a permanent fix for this issue, and it will most likely happen again. Can we have a more informative response from HP please, on why this error occurs and how to fix it properly? Thanks!
