I have tried to clean as written, and I have used HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.1 to solve the problem. There is enougt ink, and I have further more tried with a new cartridge. Colour printing is OK. (I'm Dane, so hope You understand).

Problem solved. I tried with another black HP cartridge, but before it worked, I had to remove software and reinstall it. Thanks for help.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your printer is not printing in black.
- Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
-
Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
The Setup menu displays.
-
Touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Hi.
I already had tried your suggestion, and I too have reinstalled the software two days ago. Now I have tried to print the diagnostic page again. The text is hardly to see, and the left colourbox is empty apart from three horizontal lines, that I also hardly can see.
