Hi @Mob75,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "OXB86B7430" on your HP Envy 4250 indicates a problem with the printer's hardware or software. Here's what you can do to try and fix it.

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Paper jams are a common cause of printer errors. Open the printer's access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions. If you find any, carefully remove them.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website. Download and install any available updates following the instructions provided.
  • Check Ink or Toner Cartridges: Ensure that the ink or toner cartridges are properly installed and not empty. Replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
  • Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. Instructions for resetting the printer can usually be found in the user manual or on the HP support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
