Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi, I have unplugged and plugged back in multiple times. It just shows a white light where it should give me options like copy etc. If you try to turn it off using the on off button it will not do anything no matter how long I hold the button down. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is there no light on the power button?

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, it looks like a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
