Hi, please help. My HP Envy 7640 printer has stop printing. When the problem started it was able to print but only in yellow. After following the cleaning steps provided on the website it stopped printing all together and now it only prints blank pages. Everything else seems to be working fine. No error message. Also when doing alignment or cleaning it is not printing anything either. Just blank pages.
