My HP OfficeJet 4650 no longer gives me the option to print in color....only draft, normal or best.

After an overnight Microsoft update, I was no longer able to get the print in color option on my HP printer.  When I install ink cartridges, the test page prints out in color and items printed off the web print in color.  I can't get an option to print in color on my card printing program or on Microsoft word documents.

Please use from application

(a) Click Print,

(b) Select Printer properties,

(c) Select Grayscale Off,

(d) Now Print

Note: you can keep this as default for the application
