My OfficeJet Pro 8620 no longer sees any wireless network. I noticed last night, that it wasn't on my wireless network any longer. I've tried running the wireless network wizard from the printer and I have tried running setup from my HP Windows 10 64 bit laptop. When I run the wizard, it searches for wireless networks, but never returns anything and the wireless indicator blue light continues to flash. I have reset the printer to factory settings using the tools on the printer console. I don't have any cables connected to my printer, except the power cord. I have also attempted to use WPS, which both my printer and wireless router support. I do not have any issue with my wireless router and other devices that are connected to it. Firmware is up to date and won't allow me to reinstall firmware. I was wondering if there was any way to reinstall firmware in hopes of correcting issue or is this device now a boat anchor, since I have no desire to use this device wired?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to your wireless network.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you restore the network defaults and then try connecting the printer and check.
Here is how it is done.
- From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup.
- Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.
- Touch OK.
- Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.
If you continue facing the issue, then follow the below steps.
The HP Print And Scan Doctor might get this sorted out
Please download and run the HP Print And Scan Doctor from this Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
Run PSDR v5.0.2
Once the PSDR detects the Printer, it will show up the IP address and Software Status.
Select the correct Printer and click on Next.
PSDR will check if the Printer is on the Network and communication between the PC and the Printer. Once the connection check is done, click on Fix Printing
Once PSDR goes through all checks and automatic fixes, click on Print a test page.
Regardless if PSDR printed the test page or not, click on “NO PRINT”
PSDR will then notify you that there is an update available, click on continue, and PSDR will apply the patch and ask for a reboot.
Post restart the PSDR will run automatically to check for more issue. If no issue found close PSDR.
Also, try using the HP Smart App and let me know if that helps. Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hp-smart/9wzdncrfhwlh
