Product: HP Photosmart C6280 All-In-On
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

My printer is printing very lightly and not printing colors.  All the ink cartridges are full.  They are not HP cartridges, but I ordered from Ink Farm.  Is that the problem?  I have been using them without any problem for a year until about a week ago.  Please help!!

Thank you so much.  I went to the support page and performed the functions they suggested and after cleaning the  printhead several times, it is printing better but still not perfectly.  I will keep cleaning it and hopefully it will do the trick.  Thanks again for your help!!
