Product: HP Smart Tank 580 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 
My HP does not pull photo paper and causes an E4 error - the adhesive and photo paper have problems, the rollers do not pull the sheets and it jams, I have already checked it, there is nothing on the rollers, I have cleaned it. everything and I can't do anything, please help me
