My HP officejet 9015 is showing a blue screen with B305DFF9, can someone tell me how to fix.

I have a HP officejet 90156 and I am getting a blue screen with the B305DFF9. Is there a way to fix this, the printer is only17 months old. I have reset modem, router, and ran updates for printer. I unplug it, wait a minute, and it seems to be okay for a few minutes, then the blue screen comes back. Can someone tell me if t

I understand that you are getting a bluescreen error on the printer,

If the printer is connected directly to the wall power outlet?

If not, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Perform a power reset

1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
6. Turn on the printer.
