HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP printer is printing many pages of nothing but garbage on the Wireless connection from my laptop to the printer. This is darn near a brand new printer that I got at Office Depot in Richland, WA. Office Depot won't take it back because they say it is pass there 14 day return policy.  I also spent around $60. for a new set of ink carriages. The original ones where dryed out, no ink left. What do I do with this printer.

Printer works fine if I put a paper to be scaned and then printed. It is the wireless connection from my laptop that is messing up.

Most cases of gibberish print are caused by wrong drivers or a corrupt file. the issue is often that the file gets caught in the print spooler and keeps printing forever. Use the instructions here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac... to purge the print spooler. Then delete the printer and reinstall.
