My Hp Envy 4520 is not printing words(Text)

This happened yesterday when I tried to print a flight intinery. The page showed the company logo but no text. Can anyone help?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
• Are you using Airprint or HP Smart app?
• Have you tried setting up the print preference for this print job?

While you respond to that, let's change print settings on your Mac from the app you are printing from.

Open a document, photo, or webpage, and click FilePrint to open the Print window.

Make sure your printer is selected, and then click Show Details if it displays to access the print settings available for your printer.

Click the drop-down menu in the center of the window to change the settings category and access all available settings.

Paper size: Select the paper from the Paper Size menu on the main dialog, if present, or click Paper Handling, select Scale to fit paper size, and then select the paper in the Destination Paper Size menu.

To save your settings for future print jobs, click the Presets menu, and then select Save Current Settings as Preset.
