macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I just bought the HP Tango X printer for my imac (M1 chip) computer. No matter what I do, it will not print any document in color. There isn't a problem with the cartridge, I have reinstalled the printer multiple time, grey scale is not clicked as a option and it still will only print in black and white. I am very frustrated at this point.

I understand that you are unable to print in color, I am glad to assist you.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints in color?

If not, use HP Smart to print a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

  1. Open HP Smart, and then select HP Tango or Tango X, if it is not already selected.

  2. Click Printer Settings.

  3. Under Utility, click Printer Reports or Reports.

  4. Click Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

Let me know if that report prints in color.
