Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Hi,
My Laser printer 178nw is printing out white vertical lines (on the left side) every single time I print something out. I've tried following the instructions here (https://support.hp.com/th-en/document/c06216537) and checked the drum and everything. Everything looks OK with no damages or scratches whatsoever. I've cleaned the internal printer and put everything back together but the white line is still there.
Toner levels are good. The printer is a home office printer with minimal use (I've had it since 2021 or so and have only printed out less than 1,000 pages (656 to be exact, as per the printer usage counter).
Advice needed - thank you so much!
