I have the same problem with my MFP M281fdw. The pages start with:

Content - Length: (a number that varies)

Content - Type: application/ipp

HOST: localhost

(numbers/letters that vary) attributes-charset(shamrock symbol)utf-8Httributes-natural-language(symbol)enEprinter-uri(symbol)ipp:/

Then it prints on the back page the same thing, except the number in Content-Length will be different. Also the numbers/characters at the beginning of the last line will be different

This happens both from printing from Word and also printing from photos.  Usually there are two of these pages immediately after the item prints, and then after a long wait, there will be one more page print out.

However, overnight, the printer went through half a ream of paper printing these pages out. It only stopped because the tray was empty.

I have tried numerous corrections: hard reset of printer; gone into print queue to delete but no documents shown in queue, stopped print spooling, unplugged printer and restarted it and computer, etc.  Nothing has worked.

My full post did not print, here's the additional information. This has happened from both word and photos.  Usually after an item prints, there are two of these pages immediately and then a long wait until a third one prints. They are all printing front and back with the same thing (although numbers change).  But this morning I found that the printer had printed out half a ream of these pages. It only stopped because the tray ran out of paper. I have tried numerous suggestions to correct. I have done a hard reset of the printer; went to print queue to delete print jobs, but it did not show any; stopped/started printing spooler; unplugged printer & restarted it & computer; etc. This printer is relatively new. I have a new computer with Windows 11.  This issue has only just started happening this week. Prior I had no problems with printing.
