My printer gives an error Out of Paper. I have paper loaded and have watched the printer move the rollers to grab the paper but they do not spin. I have cleaned all of the rollers and I have performed a printer reset. Is there anything else that I can do to fix this besides getting someone else to service it? Thank you.

I am using Windows 10.
I have already completed the steps to clean the rollers and the reset of the printer as I mentioned in my first post. When I click print the pick rollers lower twice but they never turn.
