Hi @Jessagba,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code OXCO260000 TRTHREADSTOP C on your Deskjet 3545 printer indicates an issue with the printer's internal software or firmware. This error usually occurs when the printer's threading process encounters a problem and stops.

To resolve this error, you can try the following steps.

  • Restart the printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
  • Update the printer firmware: Visit the official HP support website and search for the latest firmware update for your Deskjet 3545 printer. If a newer version is available, download and install it according to the provided instructions.
  • Reset the printer: On your printer's control panel, navigate to the Setup menu or the Tools menu (the exact location may vary depending on your printer model). Look for the option to reset the printer settings or restore factory defaults. Select the appropriate option, confirm the action, and wait for the printer to reset. After the reset, check if the error is resolved.
  • Check for paper jams: Paper jams can sometimes cause errors in the printer's threading process. Open the printer's access door and check for any jammed paper or debris. Gently remove any obstructions you find and ensure that the paper path is clear.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
