My deskjet 3722 is cutting off the text at the top of the page and in other random spots.

My printer keeps cutting off text at the beginning of documents and random places in the text. I have done everything from cleaning the cartridges, buying new cartridges, I've done all of the cleaning processes, and I have tried aligning it but it isn't printing all of the alignment images. I honestly don't know what to do and I am very frustrated... Any help would be appreciated. I'm going to attach an image of the quality Diagnostic page it is printing to show how it is printing.

The black ink cartridge needs to be replaced with the new one.

I replaced the black cartridge and the colored as i explained in my original post and it did not help with the problem.
