Product: hp deskjet ink advantage3636
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp deskjet 3636 is sleep mode and its not switching on. However, few lights are glowing at ink (red light), paper (red light), wifi (blue light). But start light is not glowing and neither it is starting up

I understand that the hp deskjet 3636 is sleep mode and its not switching on.

 

is the printer on a WiFi?


Please check if this printer has an option to disable the sleep mode  - http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04649694 refer to chapter 2 page 24
 

Please try firmware update and turn off IPv6 if the printer is on WiFi.
