My hp laser jet mfp m42523dn is not printing a full focument page both in portrait or landscape orientation kindly help

Is this all documents or a certain document? In most cases this issue is caused by a program or driver setting and not the physical hardware of the printer. A few more details  might help someone point you in the right direction.

 

Things you could post to help people diagnose the issue

- program you are printing from

-what driver you are using

-does this happen from all documents or just some. Try printing different types of documents such as a photograph/Jpeg, word document and pdf. if you get the same behaviour from all formats then likely the driver is not configured properly.
