Hi @fisker23

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

To better assist you -

1) Are you experiencing this issue while making a copy as well?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, try these steps -  Fixing Print Quality

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Try printing in single cartridge mode. To print in single-cartridge mode - remove one of the ink cartridges, and then continue to print as usual.

The printer control panel or computer screen might display a message to install the missing cartridge. To clear the message and continue with the print job, click or press OK.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The colour of photo printing is still not right that it still has a blue tint.

I just made two copies of my book cover  ,do you think the colour is right or not ? (seems a bit better than printing )

The application i use is win10's default software ,just double click the photo and click 'print' button

Appreciate your reply ,and deeply sorry for my late response .
