I got to know from your post that the printer will not feed any papers and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:
What's the paper size/type that you are using?
Are you able to copy document's?
Could you also print a printer status report and let me know the results. In order to print the report:
1.) Make sure there is U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper in the input tray.
2.) On the printer control panel, touch the Setup icon 
.
3.) Touch Tools.
4.) Swipe down the display, and then touch Print Status Report.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
