Hi @Nangie,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet 5200 series printer is having trouble printing Cricut sticker paper, there are a few things you can check and try:

  • Paper Type Settings: Make sure your printer settings match the type of paper you are using. For sticker paper, ensure that the paper type is set to a sticker or glossy paper setting in your printer's settings.
  • Paper Tray Adjustment: Adjust the paper guides in the paper tray to fit the size of the sticker paper properly. Improper alignment or loose guides can cause paper feed issues.
  • Printer Driver Update: Ensure your printer driver is up to date. Sometimes, updating the driver can resolve compatibility issues with different paper types.
  • Print Quality Settings: Try adjusting the print quality settings in the printer dialog box. Sometimes, lower-quality settings can help with feeding and printing on specialty papers.
  • Paper Handling: Ensure the sticker paper is loaded correctly into the paper tray. Avoid overloading the tray and make sure the paper stack is properly aligned.
  • Printer Calibration: Some printers allow for paper calibration or adjustment. Check your printer's manual or settings menu to see if there's an option to calibrate or adjust for different paper types.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
