My plotter (HP T2500 Product number: CR358A) experiences crash during start initialization process.

Error code: 63:10

I have completed the following troubleshooting steps suggested by hp:

- Turn off the printer using the Power button at the front.
- Turn off the power switch at the rear.
- Disconnect the power cord.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
- Check that the network cable is correctly connected.
- Ensure that the printer’s firmware is up to date. See Update the firmwareUpdate the firmware.

I continue to be unable to get passed startup initializing process.

Thank you for your help.
