I own HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 for a number of years but stopped using it due to the pandemic. Recently I started using it and the first message shown after turning it on is "Cartridge Failure". The cartridge light is flashing showing also the black and color ink indicator are blinking. After checking, resetting, and whatever else, I concluded that the two should be replaced.

Before buying a new set of cartridges, is there anything that I should be aware of? Can I conclusively assume that it is the print head cartridges that need to be replaced? In other respects, I can communicate with the printer and I can scan.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Elohi_NR.

Thank you for your kind attention.

As I mentioned in my message, I think it is caused by a printhead error possibly due to the ink having dried up. The links you have provided are not helpful. I will try replacing the printheads and if the problem continues I will rep[ost this.

Thank you kindly for your help.
