HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 2 year old HP DeskJet 2652 all-in-one printer. I can't get into the print jobs and it keeps printing half of a 2 page document that I no longer need. I have had problems with this unit for months now. Please, HELP!

Hi @Eeyore317,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

A blinking on/off light on an HP printer indicates that there is a problem with the printer. There are several reasons why this might be happening, but the most common cause is a paper jam or an issue with the ink cartridges. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check for paper jams: Open the printer cover and check for any stuck paper inside the printer. If you find any paper, remove it carefully and make sure there is no paper left in the printer.
  • Check ink cartridges: Check the ink cartridges and make sure they are not empty or clogged. If you find any issues with the ink cartridges, try replacing them or cleaning them.
  • Restart the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Update printer drivers: Make sure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.
  • Reset the printer: If none of the above steps work, try resetting the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
