My printer has stopped printing.  I have Windows 10 Edge.  It was doing fine and now it has stopped.  I just get a message "Error Printing On HP00E791.  I have rebooted everything and it still won't work.  I was wondering if I can uninstall the printer and re-install from the web site.

@Sandi1141, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To assist you better, do you see this error on the printer screen?

Do you see a blue screen with the error?

If yes, follow the steps mentioned in this document.

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for your help but I discovered the problem was my Firewall.  Somehow it began blocking my printer.  However, I have resolved the issue.  Thanks so much for your help.
