My printer is displaying, "58.04 Error power outage detected. Turn off then turn on". I have turn it off and on again; and the error message will not go away and the printer will not print.

Check and make sure that the power circuit you have the printer plugged into does not have any other heavy drain items like an air conditioner or refrigerator on it. Also note that your printer needs to be plugged directly into the wall, no surge protectors or Uninterruptible Power supplies (UPS) are acceptable.

Hi Many thanks for asking i request you to please uninstall its driver and then plug it again. Driver will automatically install And i am sure your problem will be solved. If you found any sort of issue please let us know. Regards,
