My printer is folding the matte sticker paper when printing and most of the time not eating the pape

Hi,

My printer is not recognizing the matte sticker paper I am using to print and when it does recognize, it makes some sort of dog ears and folds my paper. It however prints the glossy sticker  paper with ease.

The matte sticker paper is slightly thicker.

Any possible fixes?

• What size photo paper are you using?

Hi Kumar,

I am using a HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775. I am using both google chrome print (as I'm using google docs) and also using the HP app - both doesn't seem to help. I am using A4 size paper but it is of the thicker variety I think about 135gsm

Kindly refer to the paper-handling specs on the product specification page to check the supported paper types and paper size.

To know how to load papers in the printer, click here.

While printing, make sure to select the correct paper type and paper size before printing on the application being used.
