My printer is hung on error code B815835A, I've tried unplugging it already

I did a reset of my printer because it was having random problems, not printing jobs, stopping between pages.

When resetting, it is hung on the printer alignment giving an error screen with a blue background and white lines with the error code B815835A.

I've tried unplugging, waiting and re-plugging it back in, which leads me straight to doing an alignment which throws the same error code.

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
