the printer react normally, the lights are all green. The paper after printing or scanning or copiing does out blank. the program does not realized any problem. I ordered new ink casettes, I will see after changing.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the printer is printing blank. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Check the ink levels on the printer and clean the ink cartridges.

Perform steps 5, 11, and 12 from this document.

 

Try printing. You may try printing a print quality report as mentioned in the same document.

Sorry, I should not press the bottom. My printer is not solved yet. Still looks likt it is not connected to the comp. Writting it is offline
