Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Officejet Pro 6978 and it will not print a true and vibrant red. I have switch out cartridges to brand new HP cartridges and it still prints the same... I have aligned the printer and cleaned  the printer heads several times.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

please print a quality page report if magenta is not printing correctly you need to replace your cartridge first then the print head.

I have printed the quality page and replaced the cartridge.  Still printing a faded red.
