I selected something on the print dialog box and thinking it would only apply that one time and then nothing now prints in color. There is no option to change it over to color

I have the same issue.  I too changed a setting for just one document.  The Color/Grey Scale/B&W option on Paper Quality is just missing.  The only place I can find any mention of color is when I go to print a PDF online and when I switch to color I get an error that states "Color mode was changed from Color because of a conflickt with another printer setting.  Also Duplexing seems to be working but it now says manual.  It will eventually fail.  This keeps happening to quite a few people out there and not just with this printer model.  Please provide a better answer than telling people to go to the paper property tab, uninstall.
