My Toshiba e-studio3515A is only printing the upper left portion (1/4 page of the 8.5" X11") of the printing page. Scale is set to Default. I tried to change it to Custom - Fit to Page, but it still did the same thing.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

Last I checked, HP had not bought out Toshiba.

Were it mine to do, I'd stick with Toshiba support for Toshiba products.

If there is such a thing for your printer, you could try the "Unplug and Reset" method.

Keep in mind,  this is a valid method for HP printers -- I do not know what it will do to a Toshiba printer.

If that idea scares you, you could perhaps try Restarting everything, including your router, printer, and computer(s).

While printer is switched ON

  • Unplug printer
  • Wait for a minute (or a bit more)
  • Plug in printer to standard wall outlet
  • If printer does not start on its own, press / release the power button
  • Wait for the printer to completely boot (start)
