I can't seem to reset my printing preferences to a full page.  Right now a page is printed in the upper left corner of an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper.  How can I get it to print 1 page per page?

If you are printing documents from your browser, make sure Scale is set correctly (and not set to zero).

Example - Windows

Right-Click a clear space along the top ribbon in Firefox > CHECK Menu Bar

Firefox > File > [Print] > Print Preview >

Scale: Select Percentage OR Shrink to Fit

Page Setup > tab Format & Options (wording varies)

  • Shrink to fit page Width:

Setting is useful to control text / images that might otherwise extend beyond the sides.

NOTE:  Ensure Scale is NOT set to zero

Example - Windows

Open Edge browser > open your URL / webpage > Settings (three dots, upper right) > Print > More Settings

If necessary, select your Printer

Select preferred settings, including Scale

Make sure you have the number of pages-per-sheet set to one.
