Product: HP J4680 printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

The problem with the printer started after I changed the ink cartridge. I ran it through the cleaning process already. It was aligned as instructed at installation of the ink. Still prints with a shadow. I'm also using HP ink

Does this happen while copying too?
