HP ENVY 4500 e‑All‑in‑One Printer
My printer has automatic updates and is always connected to wifi. My concern is pages are being used but only half is printing. It a waste of my pages.
The printer takes forever to print, then just ejects a half printed page.

No updates
Allowance being used up yet prints are incomplete

I have not copied. I am conscious of going over my allowance, the last 2 pages maxed me out until the 22nd February!
I did manage to chat briefly but it got disconnected. I cannot see anything to reflect that the agent did what he said he would.
I tried again but got disconnected again. All I have is a reference number from first chat, chat transcript and an email saying case closed! No resolution yet.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have shipment notifications and tracking link. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly.

It is not an ink issue because being enrolled in the Instant Ink program, ink is automatically shipped because it's connected to the internet. The issue is intermittent which would not be the case if there was no ink left.
It's an issue of random printed pages, stopping halfway during print, then being spit out incomplete as shown in the image provided.
I have had 2 chats, latest today and called tech support who are now dealing with the issue via remote access.
