Hi @Renie123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "62.80.13" on an HP Officejet Pro 8028e All-In-One Printer typically indicates a problem with the printer's internal hardware or firmware. Here are some general steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer. Open all access doors and check for any stuck paper.

Inspect for Foreign Objects:

  • Look inside the printer for any foreign objects, such as paper clips or debris, that may be causing the error.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. If so, download and install the latest firmware.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a reset on the printer. The steps for this may vary, so refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

To provide more accurate assistance, it would be helpful to know if you encountered the error in a specific scenario, such as during a print job or after a firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
