I cannot get my printer to respond to the touch. It currently is displaying a message that says "genuine HP ink cartridges installed" with all four colors below it, but I can't get the "OK" button clicked to get the message to go away. Since this message is on the screen, I can't click anything else like the home or other menu buttons. I am also unable to print anything to the printer from my laptop because of this message.
