Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer.

- Wait for at least 60 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams inside.
- Remove any stuck paper carefully.
Clear the Print Queue:
- On your computer, go to Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners in Windows 10/11).
- Right-click on your HP Photosmart 7520 and select See what's printing.
