Product: Officejet 5745
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer stopped printing giving an error message after refilling my ink cartridge.  Is there a work around or is the best possible solution to move on to another printer company?  Is this a HP management decsision?

Did you get any instructions on how to reset ink cartridge or bypass empty ink level with your refill kit?

Getting ink refilled in only a half of job, 2nd half is to reset (bypass) ink level. Contact person who sold you refill-kit for instructions.
