My printer won't accept/print on HP Premium Plus Photo Paper. It indicates that there is a jam, but in fact the paper just passes through, but nothing prints. The package says "works with all inkjet printers", and I purchased HP photo paper assuming that it would work with my HP printer. Help!

Hi! @KathleenMc,
Have you tried checking on a different brand paper?
Try updating the printer firmware to the latest version and check if it helps.
Update the printer firmware using this link. Click Here
Please try the steps recommended below.
Reset the product
Press the Power button () to turn on the product.
With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button () to turn it on.
NOTE:
The product might go through a warm-up period. The product lights might flash and the carriage might move. Wait until the warm-up period finishes before proceeding.
Clean the rollers inside the ink cartridge access area.
-
Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord and any other cables.
WARNING:
You must disconnect the power cord before reaching inside the printer to avoid risk of injuries or electric shock.
-
Place your fingers into the slot on the left side of the printer, and then pull to open the cartridge access door.
-
Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with the water, and then squeeze any excess liquid from the cloth.
-
Press the cloth against the rollers inside the printer, and then rotate the rollers upwards with your fingers. Apply a moderate amount of pressure to remove any dust or dirt buildup.
-
Allow the rollers to dry completely (approximately 10 minutes).
-
Close the ink cartridge access door.
-
Reconnect the power cord and any other cables, and then turn on the printer.
Try to print.
