I’ve already tried to turn off/on the printer a hundred times and have restored it and have taken the cartridges out. It says HP-setup> in my device wifi page and it won’t print anything. Tried to print a status report and it was blank

Hi @Morgan101,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
It seems like you've already tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with your HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer. If those steps haven't resolved the problem,

here are a few additional suggestions you can try:

  • Check for Paper Jams: Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the paper path. Even a small piece of paper can cause issues with printing.
  • Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have ink in them. Sometimes, even if the cartridges are not empty, they may need to be replaced if they are malfunctioning.
  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that the signal strength is strong enough for the printer to communicate with your computer or mobile device.
  • Restart Wi-Fi Router: Sometimes, connectivity issues can be resolved by restarting your Wi-Fi router. Turn off the router, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve bugs or issues with the printer's software.  Software and Drivers for HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer series
  • Reset Printer: Try performing a factory reset on your printer. This will reset all settings to their default values and may help resolve any software-related issues. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset
