I haven't been able to print in color for weeks.  Got brand new HP ink today & installed it, still no color.  Don't know what else to try.  All settings appear to be in color, and grayscale or black and white turned off.

Thanks Wayne, yes, I tried all that.  After reading more forums, it sounds like it was just a bad printer & everyone had those problems!  I'm mad that I spent all that money on the new ink just to find out the product is junk, and now I have to buy a printer too.
