Windows 11 Upgrade Guide
Hello! So my computer will not turn on past the first dot. I’ve tried unplugging it and replugging but it does not help. Any suggestions?

Let's try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
